The best of all is how I can manage to build these automations between platforms with only drag and drop, I have also had the opportunity to have to develop a more direct automation through the API of each platform that I needed to connect, and everything has gone as planned, thus giving the possibility of being able to automate more thoroughly with specific things that meet my needs.

Positive: I have found this platform very easy to set up, deploy and use as most of the things that can be done within Zapier can be done via drag and drop. This way of handling the interface has made my workflow very usable as I don't have to program anything using code, I can just connect automations between platforms so I can increase productivity.
