Positive: With the task manager that Workfront implements you can make it much easier to pass information from one team member to another, in case you need to evaluate any activity performed that needs multiple opinions, and everything uploaded to the Workfront platform is automatically stored in the cloud, so there are usually no issues with saved annotations.

Negative: Something that the Workfront development team should improve in future updates is the ability to edit in real time from within the platform, since it does not have integrations to video conferencing services that let you edit documents or files in general while you are talking to other members of the group and at the same time they can see the changes.
