Negative: Shopify is primarily designed for physical products, so users looking to sell digital products or services may need to look elsewhere.

Summary: Shopify is a relevant and very well structured alternative for us who were looking for an online store manager, Shopify provides a structured online store where we can easily upload all our products and services in a quick and orderly manner, represented by secure and reliable payment solutions facilitating access to our customers and providing ease when viewing the campaigns we offer.

Positive: The navigation interface when navigating through the shopping is very intuitive and easy to understand, improving the experience of customers who use it. The implementation and configuration is quite simple to do and in a few moments everything is already perfectly structured. Managing customer orders is much simpler from Shopify, plus it has helped increase the flow of sales in our company.

Negative: It is missing that there is no possibility to unlock or access new promotions through subscriptions to generate better reach among active users. The inventory tool sometimes does not work the way we expect, forcing us to use third-party tools because inventory management is one of the most important tasks in our company. Prices should be a little more structured according to usage and usability.

Summary: Shopify has become a "in the background" and helpful little piece to online shopping. It makes me feel safe about my purchases.

Positive: Stores all of my information for every time I input my email address. I sometimes forget I even have Shopify until it pops up and reminds me.

Negative: I have no cons with Shopify. Smooth and reliable POS. Honestly makes me trust the site more.

Summary: A fantastic platform to build your e-commerce website on. The Shopify capital platform, though expensive, is also easy to use. They have many 3rd party integrations to expand your site.

Positive: Very easy to use and setup. They have a lot of integrations to allow you to expand your website, more than other vendors. They also have Shopify capital which can provide you funding based on volume.

Negative: Some of their themes and templates aren't as flexible in terms of design changes. Although they offer a financing option, the terms can be expensive, though the process is easy and fast.

Summary: I have used Shopify for 6 years now and will not be using any other platform builder. I have complete trust in Shopify and will continue to grow with them.

Positive: Easy to build templates, but also able to customize via HTML, CSS and Liquid.
The built-in payment gateway is used by many and trusted by many. Easy to install apps and get your store exactly as you can imagine it. Support is also very helpful and there are many online resources to fit your needs.

Negative: Credit card transaction fees are added on top of the monthly cost.

Summary: Overall the best place to launch an e-commerce site. Lots of integrations, easy setup, and also access to future financing based on your sales volume.

Positive: Very quick to setup and customize. They also have a lot of third party apps that can be used to customize your website. I used one of their new 2.0 themes so seems faster than it was for other themes.

Negative: I've used their platform for a few sites. Sometimes the themes can be slow or apps that add javascript etc to your site can sometimes lower your speed score. That's not ideal for e-commerce sites, so I'd hope they'd improve that.

Summary: Very good, definitely a fantastic platform. Hard to have any reason to use another platform especially with the financing they provide based on your business metrics.

Positive: Hands down the best e-commerce platform out there. Lots of integrations and a robust app ecosystem if you want to expand or add features. Also their merchant advice product has been helpful for us as we've grown.

Negative: We have a lot of products, they enforce a hard limit on the amount of products you can upload after 50,000, then you can only upload 1,000 a day unless you upgrade to a much more expensive tier of service.

Summary: Great Product! Fast setup, reliable with great support. Works great for many of our client sites we build with the integrations needed for our Warehouse partners to fulfill orders in a timely fashion.

Positive: Whether you are building a complete ecommerce site for your band for years to come or building a pop up store for an event or employee program this software is very easy to setup and get up and running fast but also has many features and add-ons for complex sites and situations.

Negative: More B2B options would be a great addition to the platform. Private site logins and group permissions and things of that nature without needing multiple addons to configure.

Summary: I moved my website to Shopify about 18 months prior and sales have gone through the roof!

The designs are great and easy to use and implement. You can add-on many things such as invoices, payment methods... you name it, there is an app.

My shop is just so much easier to run now as everything works together and I would say that the time I spend manging the store has reduced significantly.

I think Shopify makes you look professional, fresh and reputable. The only thing to be aware of is that the cost can build up quickly so be wary of that if you're on a budget.

But I do highly recommend Shopify for eCommerce!

Positive: Everything is in one place - you have a dashboard with your sales, inventory...
Lots of great add-on apps (some free, some paid).
Lots of options to integrate other online stores.
I like the options you have - whether it is with your design, your payment method, ability to create discounts, etc.
Easy to update pages, add new stock and keep everything fresh.

Negative: It can get quite expensive very quickly if you're not careful.

Summary: Best shopping cart, ecommerce application i've used and it's my 3rd shopping cart used...i'd definitely would recommend it!

Positive: Easy to use, easy to navigate, easy to upload and edit your product photos, easy to ship orders and fulfill.

Negative: Haven't came across any yet, i've used this app for 4 years now, not going to change.

Summary: Great app, tons of features, easy to use and no need to learn coding to start own ecommerce store in minutes.

Positive: Love how easy it is to use and how the app offers other tools like marketing and management of the ecom business.

Negative: Can get very expensive with higher plans and especially if we need to get additional paid apps.

Summary: Overall our teams experience with Shopify has been great and allowed our business to gain more exposure.

Positive: Great for both beginners and experienced users. It allows you to create an online store without needing the knowledge to code but having coding knowledge will definitely help you stand out easier from the crowd.

Negative: Only con are the transaction fees but it is a reasonable trade off considering the amount of features you are getting.

Summary: In general terms, Shopify is a program that offers formidable elements for a good creation of our virtual stores. Mainly in terms of design since they are graphic professionals who created the default templates. However, the software prevents us from positioning ourselves in the market with its promotional limitations.

Positive: This platform allows us to create online stores through a very simple software that allows us to adapt to their functions. It has preset design templates tool for those who do not know how to design a website. In addition, you can create sales channels in the shortest time. Customizing an online store quickly and without much effort is provided by Shopify, with an extensive line of visually pleasing templates that add an aesthetic touch to our stores. In addition, it provides us with various payment options and remarkable facilities to manage your channels for publishing products or services.

Negative: The program does not have rating options and product reviews, which does not allow any user to position themselves on its platform due to lack of rating. Similarly, it lacks promotion management, which limits important basic processes such as dissemination through social networks.

Summary: Although it gives us the facility to entrepreneurs who do not know much about programming to afford our own domain to sell our products, with an eye-catching interface Shopify opens the way to that opportunity. But they are very zealous about exclusivity which to some extent slows down the process of entrepreneurship.

Positive: This application allows you to easily manage the design, creation and editing of your online store through the different templates and help wizards that it offers. You also have a section of blogs to migrate your publications to them in a practical way to increase your clientele.

Negative: Although you can extend the reach of your store to a blog that gives you the same platform, it has the difficulty of exclusivity only on the same platform, since you can not promote your products on other sites or social networks. Not to mention that their premium packages are quite expensive.

Summary: Shopify is a trusted platform for opening storefronts. It offers easy to use builder, customizable themes and all essential integrations to setup a store in no time.
