Negative: Microsoft SharePoint has the value for every communications transaction, and useful mechanisms are well outlined to suit the business use. Further, Microsoft SharePoint is a resourceful platform in making changes.

Summary: Microsoft SharePoint is systematic, and has better access mechanisms that allows business employees to have a solid discussion. Nonetheless, Microsoft SharePoint has managed to improve the consistency of the business innovations.

Positive: Microsoft SharePoint is a strong and reliable storage and sharing solution, where organization and other business needs are well determined.
More so, Microsoft SharePoint has the compatibility with different social programs.
The security of the stored files is high and systematic.

Negative: Microsoft SharePoint offers efficient access sharing procedures, and there is proper follow u in all business needs. However, Microsoft SharePoint is pricey, and there is a challenge in new subscriber having the tool.

Summary: Overall I’d recommend SharePoint to anyone who is looking for collaboration software for their organization.

Positive: This tool is great and is one that I currently utilize for collaboration with one of the nonprofits we serve.

Negative: It is challenging to collaborate with external individuals.

Summary: The Pros far outweigh the Cons in MS SharePoint. Before SharePoint managing and sharing project documentation was less user and team collaboration friendly...like we would just use some common network drive or share or even a backup tool like OneDrive...all of which worked, but they weren't as well integrated into other project team collaboration tools like a team home page on SharePoint.

Positive: MS SharePoint is a great tool for project team collaboration. You can easily create a project team home page to store and share relevant documents, announcements, progress reports, and team information like contact list and organization charts.

Negative: Ironically, like most Microsoft tools, MS SharePoint keeps gaining functionality which is great, but then sometimes the basic things get more complicated because there are so many options. An example is that sometimes functionality that I use most often get buried into a "menu" or "layer" or something moves to another location unexpectedly...especially since as a SaaS solution the change can happen overnight.

Summary: I highly recommend using SharePoint without 365 it can only do so much though so I recommend the whole package to get the most out of it.

Positive: I update this software weekly for my team and it allows us to stay on top of our task and needs for the day.

Negative: I don't like how I can only embed iFrame links. I wish there was more customization.

Summary: Sharepoint is the perfect business multi-tool. It can adapt to anything you want it to do. That flexibility comes with less hand-holding and guidance. Out of the box your users won't like it. Put the effort for customization in and they won't use anything else. It does create a certain amount of dependencies and continued upgrade requirements, but also provides a secure and reliable platform for your business

Positive: -A large variety of business tools are available online (writer, spreadsheet, presentation, databases, collaboration, development, etc. etc.)
-Has become a solid online business platform since its start (over 10 years ago)
-Has the ability to be customized to fit any business' purposes

Negative: -Due to its high level of flexibility, it does not provide ease of use, or guidance
-large 3rd party addon market can be overwhelming
-One has to go with the upgrade migration paths

Summary: Microsoft Sharepoint has become an essential part of our business. It effectively replaced our filing cabinets and has allowed us to be more organized among different departments and teams. Highly recommend!

Positive: This product directly replaces the filing cabinet for us. The cost of storage is inexpensive and we can store important content in an organized manner.

Negative: Sometimes there is latency when uploading content which is a bit annoying.

Summary: Microsoft Sharepoint offers us many qualities to work with security in each of the documents that are issued in the multiple departments that make life in the organization. We share projects, audios, videos, presentations with anyone. Specifically, it has potentialities such as security in each file sharing with other users. The interface is simple and easy to use.

Positive: I love that it is so much easier to use every time they do an update. Sharepoint helps me share documents and lock them down for privacy or security. I have been able to keep all my files organized in one place.

Negative: It would be great to combine the Kanban board with other tools; this would give me more executions of synchronized functionalities between them.

Positive: Microsoft SharePoint is a team collaboration and document management software which is an essential part of Microsoft 365. It is easy to use and provides lots of advanced features such as customizable workflows, access control, third party integrations and more. It integrates really well with other 365 apps like Microsoft Teams.

Negative: I found that the interface is not as responsive or intuitive as other 365 apps like OneDrive for instance.

Summary: Microsoft SharePoint is an excellent document management app which boasts a range of features. My team uses it extensively for sharing files, creating workflows and working on documents in collaboration.

Positive: Microsoft SharePoint is reliable and very capable when it comes to handling office needs such as file sharing, archiving, and collaboration.

The tool comes with ample storage and integration with other MS tools is effortless.

Negative: Like most MS tools, Microsoft SharePoint is costly.

It is an excellent alternative to our shared drives and protected in the cloud storage space that can be accessed from any type of device.

Positive: Sharepoint is the best option for our shared drives. It is easy to upload or download any type of file. It's smooth, just like the user interface is clean. Its combination with Microsoft office applications, such as Word and Excel, makes it simple to check or modify documents with one click. We can conveniently share our data with shareable web links or perhaps send an email directly to the target person. We can send an alert to our group when data is sent and also ready to use. Files and folders are safe, as well as protected by Microsoft web servers, which eliminates the danger of losing vital files or data on unlikely occasions.

Negative: The search feature is a major disadvantage in Sharepoint. Most of the time, we won't see the expected result with your search feature.
