Pumble is the smoothest (zero lags), most no nonsense, and uncomplicated messaging platform for teams! Date: Jan 23 2024
Summary: I like using simple, uncomplicated, and effective tools. When it comes to messaging and managing my team, I can't think of anything better than Pumble... And mind you, I've tried multiple platforms before... and I didn't experience any lag or system errors while using Pumble.
Positive: Pumble is so easy to navigate... Even a non-tech-savvy person can use it with ease. Plus, it loads up fast and it doesn't freeze even if I have tons of conversation going on.
Also, unlike other messaging platforms, I've never encountered any errors or lagging issues while using Pumble.
Another problem I have with other messaging platforms is the quality issues of files and photos being shared within my team...
BUT with Pumble, I have zero problems with the quality of files and other media being shared by me and my team members.
Everything flows smoothly with Pumble, thus making our workloads a lot faster and easier to handle.
I really like Pumble and I would highly recommend it to any agency owners out there.Negative: Not really cons, but more like a wishlist to make my experience way better. I wish this platform could allow me to connect the other tech tools I currently use. And I also hope it has a whiteboard tool that any user can use during live calls. Pumble has no customizable background and color feature at he moment.

Summary: It's extremely easy to use. ZERO complicated features and no
Even a non-techie person can master its features easily.
I always have a great time using Pumble.Positive: It has unique features that other platforms doesn't have, such as the scheduled messaging feature, which is super cool and efficient.
The platform doesn't "lag" as well. Unlike other platforms, your screen won't ever freeze even if you have tons of channels on the sidebar.
And what's even better is that, you never have to jump from one platform/app to another because Pumble also allows you to have "voice meetings" and even "video conferencing".
It's literally a no nonsense, all-in-one platform for teams.
The chat history stays untouched as well, it doesn't delete old messages like other platforms do.
My team loves it...
Plus, it's crazy that even my clients are impressed with Pumble.Negative: I actually can't see anything wrong with Pumble...

But I think Pumble can certainly improve by a ton if users can integrate it with major social media platforms.
And also, I really wish it would have a "customized emoji" feature.
It would be more fun.Pumble Company Response -

Positive: The fact that each thread archives files in the order they were uploaded. Huge time saver as compared to searching email.
Negative: It can be easy to delete a thread so I would request a dialogue box to pop up to confirm that deletion was the intent.

Summary: When I came across Pumble I was super excited after looking through various apps to do what I was intending. I'm on a team of two and we just needed a concise platform to chat with clients and keep their projects in. These are short-medium term projects so we didn't need something insanely fancy and we already use other apps for video chat and project organizing. Pumble let me have exactly what I wanted without cluttering the user-experience for clients.
Positive: - Free plan works perfect for users just doing internal chat and is very fluid and easy to transition to from Slack.
- Pricing is very reasonable and cuts out a lot of the fluff from other apps.
- Interface is modern and feels premium.Negative: - Only con I have is I would love the ability to share a link to a private channel to make clients joining easier.

Summary: This is the best app that I've tried so far. I was able to use SLACK and the like but with limited features. Not like PUMBLE... For me I am greatly satisfied.
Positive: I love the color since purple/violet is my favorite.
I love the no deletion feature, no matter how long the conversation you had with co-team mates. This would really help a lot because nowadays documentation is very important. At least you have something that you can backread to.
I love how user friendly it is. No complications at all. Easy to understand.
It's practical. You can use premium features for free that you cant get to other apps.Negative: Honestly, so far so good. I have nothing to say. It has helped me a lot in so many ways.

Summary: Overall I love it, it's clean, simple, minimal also less popular so it's less liable to have spamming. I also use Clockify. Perhaps add some Clockify connection support. But you might want to keep it branded as its own thing.
Positive: I like how this is a simplistic alternative and also possible low hacking and spam version of Discord / Telegram. It comes off cleaner.
Negative: No cons so far, it's such a simplistic experience. The one thing I was doing to say was no dark mode but there's a dark mode.
