Summary: Still a fantastic product with very attentive developers and salespeople working to make it everything large companies need it to be to automate large business applications. In our case it was used with Sharepoint where it could move data and create notifications on the fly based on what was being asked of users on the website form. Very powerful and would have taken much longer to do using many other automation tools like Microsoft's own PowerTools.
Positive: It can literally do any Sharepoint automation we need with a gui and the ability to write scripts using JavaScript. It also can automate the sending of emails and create reports from the gathered Sharepoint data.
Negative: Pricy for a single user. I suggest if you are going to use this you should be a large company who can make full use of the subscription cost in all your automation needs and not just one of the five possible that we use since the ROI was not great in our use case. And it is an ongoing cost for automation when needs to be offset by a time savings somewhere.
