Positive: The feature I like the most is it is customizable. You can easily write and edit your reports. You can access NetSuite from anywhere.

Negative: There isn't many cons but one thing I noticed is their less effective customer service. Hope they will look into it.

Summary: Very good experience once you are over the learning curve. Could be better if the screen layouts could be customized.

Positive: Very easily to learn to navigate the screens. Report writing can be done by an average user, does not required an admin.

Negative: Not sure how well it will scale with multiple plants.

Summary: All of the company's information can be stored in one place. I also like that our customers are easy to find.

Positive: In my opinion, this program is better than salesforce. It is because easier to navigate and the customers are easy to find.

Negative: I can't think of anything that I don't like about this platform.

Summary: Overall satisfied! I use it on a daily basis and its very useful for quick reports and billing. I find it very helpful when I have to raise a large number invoices at one go through the upload.

Positive: Software is very easy to use so suitable for all staff not just office based staff. Software is so powerful that you can use it for invoicing, customer support, CRM and Shopping carts. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Negative: I haven't encountered any issues so far. I was hoping to see more features in the future.

Summary: Overall, this is used for accounting, inventory management, asset management, payment processing, automated production, BOM structures, and employee management. We have replaced spreadsheets and a warehouse management system with an ERP system.

Positive: I like that as a fully cloud-based system, NetSuite can be used to manage multiple subsidiaries from one account, and also for e-commerce. So far the core strength of NetSuite is its ability to customize everything to the individual company's business needs.

Negative: It is a little on the pricey side. When it's time to renew your contract, you will receive significant price increases. The reporting capability is more difficult than I had anticipated. Data that you believe to be linked can be difficult to report on.

Summary: NetSuite offers the ability to stay organized with your workflow. Especially, when you have tons of things to manage, the NetSuite dashboard will be your best ally.

Positive: NetSuite is a key tool we use on a daily basis within the company. All of our team use NetSuite to manage budgets and also, track time. We also have client services teams whose members are committed to client satisfaction. This is just one of the main reasons why I love this NetSuite so much.

Negative: I've used the service for a long time now, and I've never faced any type of issue, at all.

Negative: There are a few things I didn't like about NetSuite. First, the interface is not always the most intuitive, so it can take some time to get used to how everything works. Also, the pricing can be a bit expensive for small businesses.

Summary: I would buy this product again. Some companies can afford the pricing and some cannot. If you can afford it then buy it, you won't regret it and you'll find if you utilize it's features, you will most likely earn back those dollars in the form of increased productivity.

Positive: My favorite part of Netsuite is that you can import and export data so easily. We often Import large amounts of data from various systems. If you can export it to a CSV file then you can put it in Netsuite. We also use Netsuite's features to slice and dice the data so we can know right where we are and where we need to be.

Negative: Pricing is higher than normal. It does provide for great support but you have to pay for it.

Summary: Whilst I have only been using NetSuite's CRM for around 6 months now, I am very impressed with the additional modules it has for supporting the entire lifecycle of customers. Whether it is developing opportunities, receiving purchase orders, or up-selling other products, NetSuite has it all. A+

Positive: I was particularly impressed by the integration of sales force automation, which is a feature that allows us to view all previous customer notes that can assist with developing new opportunities, or cross-selling. Previously we relied primarily on sharing notes, but having one single source of truth has been critical for our success.

Negative: The product's features are fantastic, however in some cases I found the graphical user interface a little challenging to use. However, this is just due to how many options there are to select. After using it for a few weeks I became very comfortable.

Summary: Overall great product and software tool for business operators across sectors and industries. Would advise all business and financial leaders to utilize to maximize efficiency.

Positive: Great overall product with unique functionality for various types of businesses and different reporting and financial requirements. Allows for efficient business operations analysis.

Negative: Few cons or challenges to the software. Some newer updates allow for best in class user interface and ease of use.

Summary: The possibilities of NetSuite are limitless. It allows ones company to customize and upgrade your account; whether it's scripting, new record types, custom fields, and other objects; one can build NetSuite to meet your business requirements. Many of these customization tools don't require any major technical experience, and on the other hand, one can build complex native applications within ones account.

Easily access ones data using multiple reporting UI tools; Saved Searches, Finacial Reports, DataSets & Workbooks. One can also connect directly to your NetSuite Database with an ODBC/JDBC connection.

NetSuite releases two major upgrades each year, these releases always include great new improvements, features, and other changes.

Positive: We have the functionality back that we missed when we left Quickbooks for another product; it has the ability to edit a transaction that had a simple error (wrong vendor, wrong date, etc) without having to void the transaction and enter a new one, thus clogging up our data. NetSuite has the functionality we desire; handling multiple entities, recurring transactions, advanced reporting feature, and integration with our operations software.

Negative: A few simple things seem to be missing, such as the ability to see a simple customer ledger without creating specialty reports (this should be a minimum for accounting team use case), and the ability to filter for mulitple payment types on the deposit screen. We also observed that Oracle makes it very difficult for others to set up integrations, so my credit card processor wanted $400 a month to work with NetSuite. Currently NetSuite is looking for a bundle that may help me with this, but this is very disappointing.
