    Summary: Very good.

    Positive: Ease of use. Making custom apps is intuitive. Good to share information with fellow employees. Can be used off-line.

    Negative: Would be good to be able to attach other files: e.g. PDF/Word documents.

    Summary: If your company is in anyway dependent on data collection and management; DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They will threaten to end your service, and if you need that service to sleep well at night... they will keep you up worrying!

    Positive: The product itself is excellent. The extortion from the company is not. Their service is compelling, but at the end of the day, you can not trust them.

    Negative: A year into consistent use of Fulcrum they attempt to contact me, through an expired email, to threaten to cut off our service. Our usage of Fulcrum had not changed over that year; but once dependent on their system, they insisted we pay them nearly 5 times what we had previously been paying. As far as I'm concerned this is paramount to blackmail; and I would warn anyone to be ware of the services they offer. If you have are looking for data collection or management services, keep looking!
