Summary: It is the best legal case system on the market, which is why we choose to use it throughout our company. We have used it for everything from call logging to managing contacts by generating documents from them. It is a very complete tool and very easy to organize.
Positive: Among many features that Clio can offer us we highlight the following: The real time tracking is excellent and effective, it allows us a simultaneous and accurate automation with Microsoft Word for job delivery improvement, the calendar management is amazing as it has no glitches and allows us to add to each report a personalized electronic signature.
Negative: As a main flaw we realized that we can not deliver directly from Clio a PDF file, but you have to download in another format and convert it, which makes us lose time sometimes; also, the notes tend to be somewhat disorganized.

Summary: If what you want is to save time and effort spent on such simple tasks that other softwares complicate it a bit Clio is a good tool to meet those needs. It has large amounts of storage space and although it is in a cloud, they are characterized in being reliable and providing security.
Positive: First of all, Clio is quite practical due to its visual customization, and its automation is very optimized in terms of actions. Apart from integrating a good chat system, it allows the elaboration of a text by simply clicking on generate document and start writing.
Negative: Although its usability is quite simple, it has new tools for many individuals and the training through instructional videos that it offers are generally basic and difficult to understand. Similarly, if you need technical support from their assistants you will not get anything, they offer lousy service.

Summary: If you have not worked with jurisdictional software before then Clio will meet all the requirements, but in our case, despite enjoying so much comfort in organizing work routines, we have been forced to learn almost from scratch about its use, mostly because of the different structure of clio.
Positive: Irrelevant of how many dynamics can be applied to the same case file, it will remain free of formatting errors and will not slow down the system, which would normally happen with any other legal case management system, since most do not offer good integrations as Clio does. Our recommendation about Clio is to learn to exploit the tools it offers not only in case management terminology, but also as a software operator of automated messages, notification-based reminders, and more. Its technology is recommended for any work department.
Negative: Clio unfortunately does not operate with digital tools for instant communication, so these services must be used in parallel if you want to keep clients updated on case progress and projections (only in a situation where live messaging or phone calls are warranted).

Summary: Clio is a professional and stylish way of filtering work in stages, dividing small cases from those large cases that require a greater amount of focus in terms of resources. With Clio it is possible to recreate cases to study different possibilities, and leave aside the more complicated and time-consuming functions of the office departments.
Positive: Clio addresses one of the work environments where there are currently fewer services to work with: purely legal case operations. With Clio it is possible to provide clients with a stable and direct advocacy service, where they can feel confident with the development of their cases.
Negative: Clio is great, and allows us to deliver our case reports always within the estimated time frame. No negative points were found during the experience of using Clio, nor were there any inconveniences while working, so we proceed to make the review completely positive.

Negative: None that I can think of! It syncs well with other software and is easy to navigate.

According to the current needs of Law firm, features are only appointments, your profile on Google, encrypted performance, case tracking, and digital signature.Negative: As far as I know and my experience says, it is pretty much an awesome software with no major flaws and is designed after considering every need of the individual.

Positive: 1.Easy to use program
2. User friendly
3. Not too much info on one page (allows user to only see what they really need to)Negative: I don't really not like anything about this program. If I had to pick something I would say that the documents tab is not really needed in my opinion.

Summary: I am a solo. I have had to adjust to working from home and not having any support staff. Clio has made my work life so much easier. I do not think that I could manage without it.
Positive: I like that the app functions across all of my devices. Customer service is always responsive and knowledgeable. I like the chat feature.
Negative: There is currently an issue as far as the email program for iPad. You cannot log from your email when you use your iPad. I am told that as more people are interested in the feature they will add it. I am very interested.

Summary: Like everyone else, this year has been a roller-coaster. Our office was closed for two months, then we were in-office, but closed to the public, then open to the public with stringent safety protocols. We have had employees (including myself) have to quarantine for two weeks at a time and still mange to keep a practice running. Clio allowed us to make these transitions without missing a beat.
Positive: Having all of my cases available wherever I am, on my laptop, iPad or iPhone is a necessity and Clio has delivered on this.
All case contacts can be dialed directly from the mobile app which has really come a long way.
Allowing for third-party integration to provide unique solutions is also a game changer in a world with so many proprietary systems.
Allowing me to bill on my mobile device saves incredible amounts of time.Negative: I wish scheduler was built into Manage rather than Grow. It would also be nice to have document management options in the mobile app.

Summary: I believe that Clio understands our industry and our needs. They are truly a partner. They also stood up and supported their clients when COVID-19 happened.
Positive: It is easy to access and allows me to efficiently track my activities and expenses. It integrates well with my accounting software and it does a great job at helping maintain IOLTA compliance.
Negative: I have been unable to create templates to help me become more efficient in drafting pleadings and common tasks. (To be fair, that also has to do with my failure to make time to learn how to do it).

Summary: This is an excellent client and file management platform for our small firm. We continue to look forward to Clio's continued refinement and development of this awesome platform.
Positive: Clio offers an affordable, scalable practice management platform which is easy to learn and use. It syncs with a variety of other programs and applications which saves a bunch of time and prevents duplication. Finally, the Clio team is very responsive to both technical issues and suggestions for improvement.
Negative: Clio still needs to develop drag-and-drop Outlook email management and filing. The current set up is clunky and time consuming, to the point that sometimes emails are not saved/associated with the appropriate file, and instead remain in outlook, where no one else in the firm has access.
