    Summary: We used to have script-based automation, but after understanding the benefits of an RPA Platform we decided to analyze market options and decided to use AutomationEdge

    Positive: It's ETL features as long as the cloud approach give us the stability and speed that we need to implement our workflows. The construction of workflows is fast, the deployment of bots is intuitive and practical and, using the Ondemand Portal, it is possible to assertively manage the automations performed in our environment. We have recently had a major improvement in automation in Desktop applications

    Negative: Portal Reports could be improved a little bit by customers in the cloud environment.
