Positive: It's extremely easy to get onboarded to the tool and actually learn to utilize all of its features, workflow automation and triggers are a must-use feature if you are on the paid plan.

Negative: Price can be a it hefty when you reach the enterprise level, other than that, the tool is epic.

Summary: Asana is a highly optimized platform to carry out very complete and long-term projects, the platform offers advanced features to be able to manage a project from scratch and to be able to incorporate new participants from each project, in addition, this platform allows you to prioritize projects and allows you to prioritize activities, it also offers you an alert system which allows you to be attentive and informed when a project has been completed correctly, without a doubt this platform has provided a very innovative experience for our entire real estate company. We have been using the platform for approximately five years, and we really do not regret having acquired it, since the main panel has allowed us to access each of the projects individually, in addition, the dashboard view allows us to understand each one of them. the projects that have been complicated, the pending projects and the projects that have not started yet, thus it provides a general administration of all the projects. In addition, this platform allows you to have an organization of budgets, allows you to set a delivery date for each project and also allows you to enjoy the alert service, which notifies you when a project has been completed. Positive: Asana has been a very influential platform during the process of selecting and managing our business projects. At GPS Real Estate we prepare many projects every month, which is why this platform has allowed us to manage each of them individually. The first feature that I like about this platform is that it allows me to know the details and the progress of each project in real time, I can see in real time each of the activities that have been recently completed within each project, in addition, I can know the real time of each of the participants in a project or if there are several participants carrying out a specific activity, I really love the fact of being able to know in detail the participation of each project, since I can also see the time that each employee has spent in each assigned activity. Another of the features that I like about this platform is that it allows me to visualize the progress and the benefit that I have been having with the recently developed projects, and it also offers me a Gantt chart to understand the projected future progress depending on the performance of our employees. in projects, This diagram function helps me a lot to understand the behavior and performance that a group of employees has had in a project. In addition, I love the function that is able to monitor the total time worked by each employee within this platform, what about a platform that allows monitoring and recording the work time of each employee in general, offers me a specific purification of how long it takes to complete a specific activity, and also gives me advanced details about the overall workday time weekly and monthly for each employee.

Negative: The only negative feature that I have noticed about this platform is that it is quite difficult to use, the process of creating for the first time a project building within this platform, in addition, it is also difficult to incorporate each of the employees to design a project from scratch, therefore, I consider that this platform can only be used by trained people and not by people who have never had previous experience in project management. It is important to highlight that this platform has not provided any type of negative feature, at no time have we presented any type of failure in the things we have done within the platform, in addition, we have never presented any problem in project management or in the administration of work activities, therefore, I consider that this platform has behaved wonderfully and the functions offered for the administration of projects have been innovative. The only thing that is better within this platform is to implement a much easier to use system, I consider that there is with the main one to use and it is also difficult to configure the type of view of each of the projects.

Positive: The biggest problem we are solving using Asana is team productivity. Using this tool we can collaborate and work productively together on tasks. The user interface is very responsive. Easy to discover assigned tasks. Projects can be overviewed on mobile clients.

Negative: In my usage, reporting is something Asana stays behind its competitors. It should offer quick and more information.

Positive: Asana performs great for my team. The user interface is super clean, which makes the onboarding smooth. You can also discuss and plan a path for upcoming projects. It increases the team's productivity. Tasks can be easily assigned to specific users.

Negative: Users fail to receive notifications of newly assign tasks but it happens a few times.

Positive: I cannot say enough good things about Asana. It has a well designed user interface, clear and easy guides to getting started, organized project management tools, and fun touches (you can make animals appear with a shortcut command!). I use it in my personal and professional life because it helps me stay on track in an easy and effective way.

Negative: I really don't have any. The only slight con is that the free version is much more limited than the paid version, but that is to be expected.

Summary: I still think Asana is the ultimate project manager experience, its ability to scale to multiple projects of different sizes is a huge advantage, for people who gain familiarity with the platform, its a seamless experience that offers multiple benefits from UI & UX to apps and more.

Positive: The UI & UX of Asana is really good, its very easy to collaborate and check on the work status of your entire team.
In terms of work management, in my opinion Asana is the best one out there, you never feel it gets too clunky regardless of how many tasks or projects you have on there, again this ties back to the UX.
They've also recently added some new features that makes it very efficient to use, one of my favorites is the workflow builder for creating automated processes to keep every on track and on the same page.
They also have other features like Goals, adding forms, and integrating other apps as well.
I think Asana is the ultimate project manager experience.

Negative: You can make the argument that despite all it has, the too many products can be an issue.
For smaller teams, Asana might feel like an overkill and quite overwhelming.
To an extent some experience is required, some team members wanted to use Notion because of familiarity and they thought Asana might have been too complicated for them to learn and use over a shorter time period.

Summary: If you’re looking for a software that will help you stay organized and on top of every single test and project then Asana is for you!

Positive: My projects and to do items finally have a home with Asana. I love that I can put every project into its own board and have options to customize how that looks. I also love being able to add files, comments and people in my organization to particular projects. As a marketing director for a small conversation I wear many hats, I would dropping the ball of many projects/tasks without Asana!

Negative: I honestly don't have anything bad to say about Asana, I wouldn't change a thing!

Summary: Overall, Asana is a great project management tool for smaller teams/projects. Its UI is light and responsive and genuinely fun to use.

Positive: - UI is very easy to understand
- interface is very responsive
- simple, checklist style workflow makes breaking up larger tasks easy
- fun to use!

Negative: - more suited for smaller organizations
- doesn't appear to offer the same depth of customization as JIRA

Summary: It's one of the greatest project management tools.
With it we can easily generate reports and share them across the platform.
It's very user friendly.

Positive: It's super easy to assign task lists to members of my team.
It's also a multiple way for sorting tasks by date or by priority.
It's easy to use.
Has good technical support.
It's price is very reasonable.

Negative: It's the best, therefore I have nothing that I dislike while working with it.

Summary: Overall the software fits our needs very well, especially when compared to alternatives such as Zoho Project.

Positive: This software provides us the ability to manage all of our firm’s tasks in a price efficient manner.

Negative: The free plan has some limitations regarding recurring tasks.

Summary: Very positive but not sure it's hugely differentiated from other tools like Monday.com etc. But it's a tool that we've used a while so no need to switch, meets all of our needs.

Positive: Generally easy to use and beginning accounts provide a lot of value. Can add multiple team members and the functionality is generally intuitive.

Negative: Powerful platform, but sometimes I don't like the interface or it could be slicker. More tasks could be easily automated.

Summary: It has helped promote collaboration between teammates and integrates with a variety of tools. Its platform keeps all our work organized, shares information and documents with other team members, performs tasks, makes progress, and track detailed management projects. It is highly integrable with other tools for file storage, video conferencing, email, CRM and more.

Positive: We manage many projects using Asana; it has been very effective and integrates with other tools quickly; I have not had any issues and have gotten closer to my work team. It provides handy tools when scheduling all daily tasks and activities to advance the success of projects. The environment provided by Asana is quite intuitive, with excellent features to manage and track all projects in detail, from initial planning to completion.

Negative: Asana is highly effective in managing all types of projects, but it also lacks features to customize workspaces within the platform. However, this is not something that hinders its performance and our work.

Summary: My overall experience with Asana is incredible. Therefore, I like using this amazing platform to manage teams and tasks.

Positive: This is an accurate software for managing tasks and teams.

Summary: Overall we have had great luck using this software and integrating it into our daily workflow that consists of multiple other cloud applications. The simple overview of a project dashboard is refreshing.

Positive: This product is very streamlined and easy to use but also has many robust features for all your project management needs.

Negative: I would like to see them continue working on improving the ways to have multiple users on the same tasks.

Summary: We have quickly and effectively integrated Asana in our company to be able to create projects and assign tasks to all our associates, which we found incredible to be able to have better access to everything and to be able to follow up in a proper and direct way with all our active projects.

Positive: We have had the possibility to create projects with Asana, at the same time we have also improved the follow-up of these same projects in a direct way and in a client/advisor relationship to carry everything in a safe way. We can also assign many tasks to several people and thus better organize the service agenda thanks to all the tools that Asana provides us.

Negative: We need to synchronize a tool to be able to work offline, sometimes we don't have internet access and we need to configure some things of the campaigns with Asana, but it is almost impossible at the moment. We also need some analytical tools to be able to continue editing.
