Summary: Totally worth it, I'm a fan. Really like it on my current project, I'll definitely use it for future projects that need search.
Positive: Algolia is simple and straightforward to use. Note that I've only used their search service, but it does a great job, properly handling misspellings, etc. without configuration.
Negative: The documentation could be improved; it takes a surprising number of clicks to find out how to make calls in a specific language's API.

Summary: Easy to get started with--it didn't take me long to integrate an Algolia searchbox into my site and customize it to match my branding.

Summary: Very good, good components, it is more or less well structured and an excellent free plan. Good experiences.
Positive: I increase the development speed of my website.
If I need to make any changes I finish it in less than 5 minutes.Negative: They should better document the components, and there should be fewer limitations, such as NumericRange that automatically marks the minimum and maximum for you.

Summary: I really love Algolia's product and associated documentation, but I just cannot make the cost numbers work.
Positive: Algolia can't be faulted for its ease of integration nor it's incredible speed. I had it running inside my Angular projects in no time and my customers were extremely happy.
Negative: Unfortunately, the cost of Algolia makes it completely unscalable and unsustainable for my business. I have opted for an open source self-hosted solution. Sadly, I now have to manage a cloud server but my search costs have reduced by 90%,
