    Pretty good but specific limitations

    Date: Oct 13 2021

Summary: Overall a good platform, but there are other platforms that are slightly better and more robust out there (for example Thunkable, but it's low code, not no code). But generally if you're making a not too complex mobile app, and specifically want "no code", Adalo should allow you to create it pretty quickly.

Positive: From a no code perspective, they are pretty true to what they state. The interface is good and their "magic text" feature is actually very good as it relates to incorporating complex logic into your app. They have a good marketplace of sample apps to get started and modify.

Negative: They sometimes lack features that aren't logical for a mobile app. For example, with their native dialog message sharing feature (sending text messages) they send a link to the file but not the actual image file. They also support certain IAP, but they don't have subscriptions completed yet which seems like a miss. Their support and communication with their community seems to be pretty slow or lacking, I've seen a lot of complaints from their community that they aren't listening on product changes requested.
