Oprivia
Brander Consulting
based on offer
After a reservation is confirmed, operational work often splits across chats, email, spreadsheets, and separate tools. Guest details may be incomplete; cleaning or access delayed; a service case left without an owner; evidence and decisions detached from the relevant stay. Oprivia turns that fragmented work into controlled post-booking cases.
The platform keeps each stay, property, assignment, role, status, deadline, evidence, and outcome connected. Guests complete required information and report issues. Hosts manage properties and open items. Operators handle assigned work and add records. Governance roles review exceptions, escalations, approvals, and material decisions. Updates and corrections remain separate events so the sequence stays traceable.
Four modules cover guest registration; identity and required-data verification; guest cases; and service or partner work orders. Work can move from intake and assignment through execution, review, correction, approval, and documented closure. Sensitive decisions remain with authorized people.
Oprivia offers three levels of responsibility. Self-Managed Operations is for customers coordinating their own teams and providers. Supported Operations adds agreed case coordination, deadline monitoring, and escalation support. Portfolio Management adds cross-property coordination, governance, and reporting for multi-unit operations.
Oprivia can begin as a standalone platform with one defined workflow; no integration is required to start. Interfaces, migrations, and additional services are assessed separately. The operating layer can then extend across properties, teams, and locations while reservations, distribution, rates, and payments remain in specialist systems.
