When an email is selected, or entered, the timeline loads automatically and shows all activity for that contact right in your inbox. You can see all activity, including emails, calls and notes, as well as data coming in from any of the systems you have, such your marketing, sales, and customer support systems. To view all activity within the company, you can switch to the company view. The contact view will load a timeline for the selected email address. The company view will load the timeline for all contacts who share the same domain name as the selected or entered email addresses.
