VisionSync is strategic planning software for strategy execution, used by colleges and universities, hospitals and health systems, cities, counties and state agencies, nonprofits and chambers of commerce. It keeps an approved strategic plan moving by connecting every goal to the initiatives that move it and the people who own them.
Teams load their plan in their own framework and wording, naming every layer from pillars and goals to strategic initiatives and mirroring their organization structure. Each initiative gets one owner, RACI roles, tasks, a due date and a target for each review period, so KPIs are tracked through the initiatives behind them.
Updates come in on schedule through email and in-app reminders, with Microsoft Teams and Slack reminders in beta. Each update records progress against the target, an on track, off track or neutral status, and a comment explaining the number. Progress is normalized and rolls up through every department to the organization's goals, and board, table, dashboard and heatmap views show where the plan stands.
Leadership and board reports come straight from live data, and tags tie initiatives to accreditation criteria, grants, funding sources or standards so evidence reports come from the same updates. PulseIQ, an optional AI assistant in beta, answers plain-language questions and writes per-initiative summaries using only the organization's own plan data.
VisionSync supports SAML single sign-on, role-based permissions, plan visibility controls and encryption in transit, with accessibility aligned to WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508. Implementation, training and ongoing support are included, and most organizations go live in 30 to 60 days.
