    Summary: Support, Pricing, and Integrations are tops! We have used several before discovering Zinspector, they were cumbersome, hard to use.

    Positive: Totally customizable, easy to use, new staff pick the app up quickly after just watching the video! My favorite feature is the app can compare past inspections with new ones! Such a time saver!

    Negative: This only thing I can say that slows us up is the tech forgetting to sign the report, but that is not a software issue.

    Summary: Good once in a property but not always easy to change properties.
    Some symbols /icons need explaining otherwise a great app an the free version works very well.
    No ads no fees and a good list of tools which work.

    Positive: Single click commenting is handy.
    Photos snap quickly.
    Emails are well laid out.
    Fairly Intuitive interfaces.

    Negative: Use of the word us instead of me on the letters to tenants. Could
    be also said "your property manager".
