Positive: Although we were a free trial user, Webinar.net staffs treat every client like a VIP with how they support and tend to our every need. It was a hassle-free experience and we are looking to upgrade our contract with them.

Negative: The only little issue we've seen so far is that the presenter console link is sometimes blocked and needs to be authorized for some speakers who are obliged to present from work equipment. But this can be prevented, you just have to setup your event as early as possible to check for this possible scenarios.

Negative: Make sure you have access to high-speed Internet to ensure uninterrupted audio and video communications. This isn't a problem. However, this is simply a heads-up.
