    Abysmal Support

    Summary: Very suspicious operation.
    Heard of many cases of unreasonable account closures without paying customers money back.
    Stay away.

    Positive: When you don't need their Support, things tend to work. (Not always btw. There were technical difficulties too.)

    Negative: When you need their Support, they will apparently misunderstand you on purpose, and try to not help you as much as possible.
    In the end, I couldn't get any help from them, even though they should be able to resolve my problem effortlessly.
    Stay far away from them. Their Support seems to be instructed to work minimally.
