Summary: LeadPops is a terrible company. I spent a lot of time and money, and was told that we wouldn't be a good fit if I wasn't willing to put in the work. Not put in the work to follow up with the leads, no - LeadPops only wanted to charge me a hefty monthly fee to tell ME to do everything!! They offer digital marketing tools for you to implement yourself. That's not what I signed up for!!! I'm a MORTGAGE BROKER, not a marketing expert!! That's why I PAID for LeadPops, but I learned the hard way they don't do anything. Don't waste your time and money like I did with these crooks.

Positive: I made a HUGE mistake, and signed up with LeadPops. I'm an independent mortgage broker, and I was trying to find leads so I could refer pre-approved buyers to agents. I spent 8 months, and over $10,000 with nothing to show for it. The 'leads' I got were horrific. They were illegal, no money, no job, no credit, and they were calling me for a 0% down home loan from the wrong city!! I kept trying. They sent me 8hr long videos so that I could do these 'click funnels'. After 8 months, I escalated to the Director of Client Relations. He asked me if I'd considered stopping everything, and just calling realtors myself. He admitted to their fraud and failure in that one statement. They are NOT marketing experts. They don't even provide a service. They tricked me into thinking they were working on marketing my business, but they didn't. Then they sent an email saying they're changing to a 'more DIY journey'. The Dir wrote me an email saying we weren't going to be a good fit if "I'm not willing to put in the work". So they don't offer a service. They offer 'tools'. Useless, incredibly complicated 'tools' that they expect ME to learn and implement. That's not what I signed up for!!! This is 100% deceptive trade practices. I'm in the process of hiring an attorney to get my money back.

Negative: If you're a loan originator looking for marketing assistance, stay far far aways from LeadPops. They are nothing but incompetent, uncaring crooks that are only out to upcharge their customers with bogus lies.

Summary: It seems changing to Rebel IQ has also changed their customer support. If you need to make any changes at all to your website, expect major delays. They’ll promise you the changes are going to be made, but they’ll kick the can down the road for a week.

Positive: Basic plan cost.
Not much else is a positive here.

Negative: Speed of service.
No urgency.
Focus is on new clients, not current ones.

Summary: They knew we only signed up because we wanted leads... we had a similar website with funnels. After a month we have another website that gets less traffic that the one we had before we started paying leadPops to drive traffic.

Positive: The website and funnels are great but the same product is readily available with other vendors so nothing very unique.

Negative: We paid them to get us leads....they completely failed..... total waste of our advertising dollar.

Summary: Remi made my full signup experience very smooth and easy to understand. She is a professional in every sense of the word and I would highly recommend LeadPops just based upon Remi's service.

Positive: The LeadPops Team and specifically Remi Newman, in my case, are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to mortgage advertising and it really shines through during the whole setup process.

Negative: Nothing at all. So far, so good with everything that I've gotten setup with LeadPops.
