    Summary: This is the best menu software I've found on the market for a reasonable price. I have a background teaching software development and this product is built well.

    Positive: The developers of this software understand the restaurant business. This is the only product on the market that helps a restaurant owner with little IT skills to build a professional menu quickly, publish it for printing and on the web. It even automatically updates multiple menus as we make changes. I've looked a long time for SaaS vendors that claim they do menus. They don't even come close to iMenuPro. Don't waste your time anywhere else

    Summary: Very personalized experience. Over the years I feel I have developed a great working relationship with their small but mighty Help Team. I don't know where the bad reviews are coming from. We've been using this product for at least seven years now (numerous boutique hotels and upscale restaurants), and I've found it to be a positive experience. And their how-to is easy enough to follow. Some of the design features are pretty limiting but I work well with constraints, so I'm happy to find a workaround. I feel that iMenuPro has stuck around because they are doing things well, and they care about their product. Sometimes, if my request wasn't possible, the team would actually code in a solution to my little problem. I'm very thankful to have found them. Would recommend.

    Positive: The team is phenomenal. They get back to me with very personalized instructions in about 2 hours, usually. The How-To and Help feature are easy and well considered.

    Negative: There is a pretty steep learning curve (at least for me!) and the actual font choices are not so modern, but we can load our own fonts a graphics so I feel we are able to customize as we see fit.

    Horrible User Interface and Inaccessible Customization Features

    Summary: Horrible, the technology to make user-friendly, intuitive user interfaces, especially where menu-making is concerned, is decades old. This software seems like it was recovered from a 1990s computer. Horrible.

    Positive: Canva is better. The user interface is unintuitive and wonky, the aesthetics are on par with Windows vista, and I have been extremely frustrated trying to do something as simple as make all the line spacing standardized.

    Negative: There are no standard line spacing tools so you have to do each one manually, and if you adjust the placement of any categories, it completely reverts all your work on the spacing to begin with. Cannot recommend anyone use this
