    Poor beacon on locating.
    Software is nightmare.
    Disrespectful inconsiderate unprofessional staff. Heather and the guy who keeps trying to get our tracker devices accurate have been juvenile to be kind. I can’t get to my 30 trackers because they have me down for 104 devices! It is a nightmare and they don’t care! They suspended our account and now we can’t locate any vehicles.
