    Summary: Improvement in QM, internal processes and also employee training. This means more time for other tasks.

    Positive: The platform offers many useful functions, but the user interface is not always intuitive. Nevertheless, we have been able to optimise our processes and reduce the error rate. The support is competent and responds quickly. Training new employees has become easier.

    Negative: User interface could be more intuitive. After training, however, you quickly get to grips with it.
