    Definitely a scam

    Summary: Our company worked with Stephan Botha and his company, eventcloud, for our Dubai event. Unfortunately, the experience was awful, and we recommend not working with this company.

    The communication with Stephan was very poor from the moment eventcloud received payment and began providing the service.

    We had to constantly push Stephan to meet deadlines. Moreover, the quality of the provided solution was low (both in design and technical aspects), despite the fact that all the details and crucial features were provided to Stephan in advance.

    Ultimately, our team decided to stop working with eventcloud as we realized that we wouldn’t receive the service we paid for. At that stage, Stephan just disappeared. He stopped responding in chats, via email, etc.
    Neither we nor his colleagues could contact him from February 2024 until today.

    As a result, we just lost our money: 2 out of 3 services we paid for were not provided at all.

    We consider the whole situation to be a case of fraud and a scam by eventcloud.

    Positive: Nothing, absolutely nothing, our company has lost a lot of money working with them and absolutely didn't receive the services we were waiting for.
