Summary: Don’t think some software will magically cure all the ills in your organization. If you’re desperately looking for this to fix your issues, you have bigger problems to address first.
Positive: This software keeps track of everything! This was very useful when my employer did illegal things. All the evidence was saved for prosecution. This also saved all the information I needed to successfully sue them. Strange thing happened tough.... they ended up going out of business. Wonder why?
Negative: My former employer shut down. They used this software and got caught doing illegal things. If you’d rather hide your bad deeds- don’t use a software that tracks everything forever with time stamps.
