Positive: My experience with the eNotary On Call platform was really good. I used it recently for a property document, and everything went smoothly. The notary joined within minutes, the ID verification was quick, and I really appreciate that they have a human support team. When I had a bit of trouble with my ID verification and wasn’t sure how to connect with the notary, they helped me instantly.

It was also easy on my pocket, which was a nice bonus.

Negative: I really can’t point out any con this time around!

Summary: Scam. It is illegal to offer a low price to entice new users to go through a lengthy process only to realize the actual price is much higher.

Positive: Absolutely Nothing.
It was more expensive, more difficult to sign up, and extremely confusing platform for what should have been a quick and easy process.
Advertising $15 notary and actually charging $25 plus a $5 verification fee was also a huge red flag.

Negative: This company advertises that they will notarize documents for $14.95 when in actuality their price is $25 plus a five dollar verification fee. The platform is very confusing and difficult to use.
We were switched between 4-5 different notaries during the process.
We ended up not even being able to complete the notary process and used another online notary service with much better results.
