    Simple and Best All in one Integrated EHR I ever used

    Summary: Easy to use user interface and all in one place. We no longer have to switch between EHR, Practice Management and the Billing System. Our RCM handled at the same place so we can simply identify if any charges are missed to submit with a click of a button. Auto Insurance Verification is another big plus as we don’t wast time going to Availity and payor websites. We Use eMedicalPractice eFax, sorting is faster then manually identifying so, this saves lot of time and money.
    Billing software is easy to use and we can submit more than 12 ICD codes and More CPT codes, define rule that can save lot time and human error. The staff is friendly and have the live Phone support at least to express the any problem we have. The Previous Big Name EHRs I used Don’t even have proper support. We have to create a ticket then they may call and also charge for support.

    Positive: Easy to use user interface and all in one place EHR, Practice Management and the Billing System.

    Negative: Nothing much to say, I would be better if we can have a text based knowledge base. They have help videos but text is easy to search this is my own preference.

    Summary: Our overall experience with eMedicalPractice was excellent. What I like most is that every single service we wanted is included at an extremely affordable price.

    Positive: Two factors our practice required-customizable practice software and excellent customer support. eMedicalPractice has the most affordable total practice management software on the market. It has all the bells & whistles that a growing practice needs, including patient monitoring and the registration kiosk. The EHR integration was easy - and the upgraded RCM service-we needed. Happy Doctors, happy employees & happy patients. Thank you eMed!
