SciSure Features and Options
Scientific Data Management System (SDMS) Software
SciSure consolidates scientific information from various instruments, experiments, and laboratory systems into a unified, searchable platform. Instead of having data scattered across multiple files or systems, teams benefit from a centralized repository that serves as a definitive reference for monitoring, accessing, and analyzing lab information. This approach fosters improved collaboration, enhances data accuracy, and ensures dependable long-term record maintenance throughout the organization.
LIMS Software
SciSure's Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) provides laboratories with an organized framework for monitoring samples from the moment they are received until results are generated. Teams can effectively oversee sample lineage, streamline workflows through automation, and ensure that testing data remains systematic and easily traceable. The platform comes equipped with compliance features that allow labs to uphold audit-ready documentation without imposing additional administrative burdens. Designed to accommodate expanding sample quantities and the evolving complexities of lab tasks, this system is built to grow with your operations.
Medical Lab Software
SciSure offers comprehensive solutions to assist medical and clinical laboratories in managing samples, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards with audit-ready documentation. This platform enables laboratories to streamline their workflows for testing, record-keeping, and reporting, minimizing manual mistakes and providing lab supervisors with enhanced oversight of everyday activities. Its integrated Health & Safety functionalities support laboratories in fulfilling regulatory obligations while maintaining uniform processes across various teams and locations.
ELN Software
SciSure's Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) provides scientists with a digital platform to systematically record experiments, methodologies, and outcomes in an organized and easily searchable manner. This innovative solution replaces traditional paper notebooks and disjointed files, creating a unified system that enhances reproducibility and fosters collaboration among team members. With all records well-structured and readily available, referencing previous work, sharing discoveries, and upholding uniform documentation practices within a laboratory or organization becomes more efficient and streamlined.
Lab Inventory Management Software
SciSure provides laboratories with a comprehensive solution for managing their reagents, consumables, and equipment all in one centralized platform. Teams can easily oversee their inventory levels, establish reorder points, and minimize the chance of depleting essential materials during experiments. By consolidating inventory information, SciSure simplifies the purchasing process, enables the tracking of usage trends, and enhances transparency regarding the availability of supplies across multiple labs or sites.
Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Software
SciSure provides laboratories with a centralized platform to manage, store, and retrieve safety data sheets relevant to their chemical usage. This enables teams to swiftly access hazard details, handling instructions, and compliance records, minimizing the time spent on information retrieval and ensuring labs are well-prepared for audits or safety assessments.
Chemical Inventory Software
SciSure provides laboratories with the tools to monitor their chemical inventory, including stock levels and storage locations, in real-time. Teams can efficiently keep track of expiration dates, consumption rates, and restocking needs, all while upholding necessary documentation for safety and regulatory adherence. By centralizing chemical management, SciSure minimizes the chances of running low on supplies, dealing with expired products, or encountering compliance issues across various lab sites.
AI Science Software
SciSure leverages artificial intelligence to deliver tangible benefits for researchers. Its marketplace enhancements put this vision into action, featuring a built-in support assistant, automated data analysis, AI-driven protocol creation, in silico toxicity assessments, and image analysis utilities for identifying cells and particles. Additionally, there are tailored add-ons for specialized fields such as CAR-T research. Laboratories maintain full control over their data; AI models only access information that has been explicitly authorized, ensuring that results are transparent and accountable. Research teams have the flexibility to select which AI functionalities to activate, confine them to designated workflows, and expand their capabilities without interfering with the overall platform.
SciSure Lists
Sample Management
SciSure monitors samples from their collection through all stages, including storage, processing, and disposal. Teams are able to keep comprehensive lineage records, oversee the status of samples, and swiftly find samples when required. This helps minimize the chances of samples being lost or improperly handled and aids in meeting compliance standards that rely on unambiguous and traceable histories of samples.

Great Value Date: Mar 13 2024
Summary: We have gotten an incredible amount of use out of a program that really wasn't designed for our use. I think with all the additions over the years it has become even more applicable to us, but even in the beginning eLabJournal was well-equipped to handle what we need.
Positive: Cost, feature content, feature addition request fulfillment, customer service, universal capability, and plenty more.
Negative: The only cons would be things I would only expect from a 100% custom software package integrating with our test software and servers.
