Great system, Highly recommend Edited: May 30 2025
Summary: Would highly recommend to any business looking to upgrade their procurement systems. We have really shopped around and viewed demo'ed 7 or 8 systems, originally went with another procurement system first before Eyvo, that was the worst thing we ever did.
The experience with Eyvo has been a complete contrast. This has taken us from a paper based system with many faults to ticking the box to do nuclear work and ensuring everyone is constantly updated and has current information. This also handles some of our Quality requirements for handling material and ensuring traceability so has enabled us to fill a couple of functions with the help of the custom system.
From start to finish and including the integration with Xero, the team at Eyvo have been brilliant and the product is great. Highly Recommend this product.Positive: - Flexibility to be able to customize the needs to the business requirements.
- Support and integration teams are proactive and extremely helpful.
- Integration with Accounting Software - in our case Xero. Including backward information flow, eg. marking invoices as paid in Eyvo once they have been paid in the accounting software.
- Professional company to deal with.
- Search functionality and custom reports makes it really easy to instantly find what you are looking for.
- Adding users and setting up permissions is simple, including buyer order limits.
- Approval flows (sign off)
- OCR scanning of invoices. dedicated inbox and matching where possible makes this much easier and quicker to manage.
- Event log makes it easy to track changes on all orders and current state of any order can be found, if it is with someone for approval, or has been modified you can see all the timeline.Negative: - A couple of the changes we requested we thought would have been standard, such as resizing columns dynamically to account for longer field entries. This didn't matter to us too much as we required the extra functionality of the custom system to be able to make the system as a while work for the business. This issue was rectified as part of that very quickly.

Was simple to deploy and very easy to use Date: May 30 2025
Summary: Our overall experience has been positive and we would certainly recommend using this platform. We researched the market quite intently and did an RFP and Eyvo one hands-down with respect to functionality versus price. We have already achieved a high ROI.
Positive: We like the fact that the system is very modular that you can grow with it and it can grow with you. You do not feel obligated to take the entire platform over the few years. We have used it. We have expanded use added modules and also added users, so it’s become a great success in our business.
Negative: We use the OCR module to read our invoices and occasionally it throws a glitch when an invoice isn’t very clear. The OCR module requires some manual oversight but overall it’s pretty accurate.

Efficient and easy to use Date: May 29 2025
Summary: So far, I’ve been very happy with the Eyvo system and their technical team and customer services teams have been amazing to work with. They listen to our issues and resolved each one of them very quickly.
Positive: We chose Eyvo’s procurement platform because it looked the simplest to deploy quickly and worked right out of the box with the minimal number of changes. We have used the extensively. It’s been fast accurate and reliable, and we’ve had no complaints with the level of service either.
Negative: We have a small business edition, and it seem to be priced well, but the enterprise version start getting expensive when you start adding all the additional modules.

Finally, a procurement system that works well ! Date: May 29 2025
Summary: I’ve been using the system for a few years now, and I came from an Oracle and SAP background, and Eyvo was frankly a breath of fresh air.
Positive: Logical layout to the screens easy to pick up with little to no training extremely reliable. Lots of high functionality within the app. It’s never gone down once and Eyvo Support is frankly amazing. They respond within minutes.
Negative: Like anything these days it can get expensive the more modules that you use as the price can creep up, but you definitely get value for your money with this product; I can’t think of any other cons at the moment.
