I feel safe! Date: Jul 24 2025
Summary: At first, I was worried that running everything through a proxy might slow things down or break something, but honestly, performance hasn’t taken a hit at all—in fact, some things actually load faster. What really stood out was how much safer we felt once it was up and running—we could finally see what was changing on our site, block risky behavior, and stay compliant without having to micromanage every vendor. It’s one of those tools that gives you peace of mind in the background while letting you stay focused on building.
Positive: I think that the compliance tools for regulations are very well integrated, and the dashboard shows script changes with helpful AI explanations and options. I also appreciate the responsive support and seamless Slack/Teams alerts, plus easy setup which did not take long.
Negative: The only con I would say is that it's hard to understand the dashboard at first, if you are non technical.

Great security solution with great usability Date: Jul 24 2025
Summary: Overall, this is a really great platform and so is the team, it's clear they really want to solve the problem of insecure/malicious third party scripts on the web. Would recommend giving it a try for sure.
Positive: This might be the best client-side security solution out there, this platform makes it super easy to make sure your site is secure. It shows you what actual scripts are running on your site, automatically flags and blocks malicious ones, and keeps track of all script history so you can see how they've changed between versions. It was pretty quick to set up, they make PCI compliance really easy, and their support is top-tier. Not much to dislike!
Negative: The dashboard took a little bit of exploring to figure out where a lot of the information was. Some of their useful features are a bit buried, but their team was a great in helping me find what I needed.

So many scripts I did not know about Date: Jul 24 2025
Summary: The level of detail is impressive: you get clear breakdowns about what each script does, where it’s sending data, and whether it tweaks the DOM behind the scenes. For someone doing compliance or just chasing security peace of mind, it’s a real time saver. There are a few rough edges (like the SSO still being a bit clunky), but you can see the team is listening and improving pretty quickly. Overall, it’s made reviewing and understanding complex sites feel a lot less overwhelming.
Positive: Comprehensive script analysis per page and across the entire site
Detailed breakdown of what each script does and where data goes
Easy to identify DOM modifications and potential conflicts
Excellent for compliance audits and security reviews
Responsive development team that listens to user feedbackNegative: SSO support is currently in beta and can be a bit rough around the edges

Finally I get what the marketing people add to my site Date: Jul 24 2025
Summary: CSide has been a game-changer for understanding what's actually happening on our website. As someone who needs to keep track of all the scripts and tracking codes that get added by our marketing team, this tool is invaluable.
Positive: Clear visibility into code per site and per page
Can examine script contents and functionality
Shows data transmission and DOM manipulation clearly
Great for auditing website scripts and tracking
The developers are responsive to feedback - when I mentioned the data overload issue, they shared their new dashboard design that should address this concern.Negative: Can feel overwhelming with large websites due to the amount of data

Great Solution Date: Jul 16 2025
Summary: Engagement to poc the solution was easy. The team that assisted us are smart, know the product well, and provided us with everything we needed to work through our set up and integration. Pushing through to our production environment was easy and once we had data, the implementation team were great explaining everything and walking us through the solution. Enhancements to the solution during the integration and deployment did not affect our timeline. Everything went smoothly.
Positive: Ease of integration into our pages. Support is responsive and worked through all of our implementation and post implementation items. Great group of people to work with.
Negative: the SSO integration could use some polishing, but support was helpful and knowledgeable to get integration with my SSO solution worked out.

Gives us needed visibility into client-side activity Date: Jun 10 2025
Summary: Overall, c/side has been incredibly valuable for finally seeing what third-party scripts are doing on our site. This clear insight helps us catch problems and coordinate better. The interface could be more intuitive, but the visibility it provides is a huge win for our security.
Positive: It helps us understand what third-party scripts are actually doing on our site, which used to be pretty opaque. Instead of relying on assumptions or manual checks, we can now see script behavior clearly, which has helped us spot issues we wouldn’t have caught otherwise. It’s also been helpful when coordinating with teams during incidents.
Negative: Some parts of the interface aren’t immediately intuitive. It took a bit of trial and error to get familiar with the different views and how to filter the data effectively. Also, it would be helpful to have more built-in guidance or examples for interpreting script behavior.

Insane quality Date: Apr 01 2025
Summary: Really cool product with a young team that jumped on a few calls when we wanted extra information or had questions. Recommended!
Positive: We needed a product like this for our PCI compliance (now needed for client-side monitoring and stuff). We found they had a free tier and after trying it and talking to their team we pulled the trigger. Super easy installation, dashboard looks perfect and just works. Pretty happy customer thus far!
Negative: The free tier puts you on a waitlist. Our access got granted within the hour but would be nice if you have immediate access. Probably for quality control so I understand.
