A sprint retrospective serves as a platform for the Agile team to discuss the positives from the sprint and planning phases while also pinpointing aspects that could be refined moving forward. Given that Agile teams usually operate in sprints lasting from two to four weeks, these retrospectives offer a valuable moment to review achievements and determine if there are any outstanding tasks. Furthermore, these meetings facilitate the collection of insights from all team members, including developers, designers, testers, and other relevant stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
