    Summary: Zoho Sign is one of the most preferred e signature software in my view for enterprise uses. It support sining invite where you can invite multiple members to sign on any document or agreement through email on the go. Zoho Sign performs a unique ethereum transaction on every signature which can be used to verify time of signing the document with the unique hash of each transaction. It is very easy to use and user-friendly software which cut down a lot of physical paperwork and resources through to electronic signature on the go.

    Positive: Zoho Sign is a very productive e-signature tool. It offers tons of features like inviting for bulk signatures, reminding the signing members and tracking the documents progress on signing process. It is very simple and straight forward software for e signature purposes.

It helps me a lot to send the document digitally and get the signatures from vendor in real time. it offers a completely functional mobile application which itself can be used to sign any document at any time on the go.

    Summary: Overall this software is sufficient for most uses, but PandaDoc is a much more secure solution than Zoho Sign.

    Positive: This software has a lot of solid features, from the ability to be create templates and send out forms to be able to be esigned by multiple individuals.

    Negative: The sign technology doesn’t create a secure document once it is signed, which creates security issues for us.
