Easy alternative to Google Sheets on the Zoho One Platform. Date: Jan 18 2022
Summary: Overall I like Zoho Sheet, however, I wish there was offline access. I am able to create new sheets and collaborate and share them with my team to ensure work gets done in a timely manner.
Positive: The thing I like most about Zoho Sheet is that it talked to all the other Zoho products under the Zoho One umbrella. I can easily create new sheets and collaborate with the rest of my team. I can share them with non-Zoho users who can open and edit them in Google Sheets which is also nice.
Negative: Using Zoho Sheet can be slower than using Excel for example because it uploads to the cloud in real-time. Also when Zoho is down occasionally for maintenance, you lose access to Sheets.

Excellent alternative to Google and Microsoft Date: Nov 14 2020
Summary: Zoho Sheet gives you everything you'd expect when looking to make spreadsheets and you can get out of the Microsoft and Google bubbles without losing any functionality. There are sometimes formatting issues if you're switching between this and another spreadsheet program, but that happens with anything you use. I've actually run into less issues with this than Google Sheets, and I find Zoho freezes less often than Google Sheets does on average.
Positive: You can upload files from Microsoft or Google's spreadsheets programs and maintain all or nearly all of the formatting in Zoho. It works as well as the other big two, and personally, I find it more aesthetically pleasing to look at. It's easy to use if you're already familiar with spreadsheets. Basically, whatever you can do in the other two, you can pretty much do with Zoho.
Negative: I think the biggest con would be less people know about it, so if your company wants you to use a specific program, it's probably not going to be this and you may run into a few formatting issues if you use this at home and have to use something else at work.

It has provision to lock/hide certain selected cells/sheet which you want based on your need, it helps to preserve the sensitive data from people , with whom you don't want to share. There is feature to Notify collaborators which you can use to send out notification to all collaborators regarding any changes you made and is important.
