    Terrible API with billing scam

    Summary: Terrible API run by people who try to scam users. Do not fall for the cheaper pricing. The API is extremely unreliable and they will make you email them to cancel the subscription but will not respond to your email to cancel it. At the end, I had to cancel my credit card used with this subscription.

    Positive: The price initially looked better than the alternative.
    The management page is decent & self-explanatory.

    Negative: The API is extremely unreliable - it timeouts and does not support the concurrency mentioned for the package. I was supposed to get 10 concurrent calls but at best got 4-5 and I was occasionally stuck at 10 (no idea how) and could not use the API for a while.

    However, the worst part was canceling the API. You cannot cancel the API using the interface; you must email them which is very sneaky. I emailed them 3 times but they did not cancel the plan. In the end, I had to change my credit card number. STAY AWAY FROM this scam.

    Summary: "Hey, good news! Two weeks from now we are enhancing your experience with Zenscrape!" == 2x price increase. Zenscrape is trying to gaslight its customers into believing that doubling the prices is helping you get a better product. This was the final straw for me, I've been using their integration since November 2021 and all interactions with the Zenscrape team has been awful. When the service works its fine, but as soon as you need anything it's apparent that this company is incredibly user hostile. The dashboard is basically useless, the new pricing is ridiculous, and the service is worse than terrible.

    Positive: - Decent API

    (Why is there a minimum only on the Pros: section? There is very little positive to say about this product)

    Negative: - You can only cancel through email, the dashboard is useless
    - There is no data insights, graphs, logging, or anything like that. They'll happily email you that you've run out of request but can't tell you how those requests have been used. The best they can do is a delayed report with only the domain and number of requests
    - Customer service is incredible user hostile
