This is the process by which data is transmitted between two endpoints. The endpoints are the databases from which you will be transferring data and the database to which your data is going to be transferred. Yandex Data transfer allows you to perform different types of transfers from source endpoints to target endpoints.

Search API gives you access to three types of search (Russian Turkish and International) and can be used for developing a search on a website, a group or network. Search API gives users access to Russian Turkish and International search types. The search type determines the ranking formula as well as the search database. You can create or import TLS Certificates and track their validity using the management console. You can update Let'sEncrypt certificates automatically. You only need to confirm domain rights. You can upload certificates from third-party certification authorities and use them on Yandex Cloud. Select certificates from Yandex Certificate Manager and allow HTTPS access to your static sites. When accessing the API, use domains that have been confirmed. In this case, the TLS connection is provided by a certificate that is linked to the domain. All resources are updated at the same time after you upload and update certificates. You can select any type of check when creating a certificate. You only need check the domain rights for Let's Encrypt certificate. Certificate Manager doesn't check domain rights for imported user certificates.

Yandex Vision OCR recognizes the text in an image, and outputs that text along with automatic punctuation. The service automatically identifies and supports more than 50 different languages. Extract standard fields and recognize the text in templates and other documents, such as passports, drivers' licenses, vehicle registration certificate, and license plates. Supports Russian and English as well as combinations handwritten and printed text. The service scans table structure and outputs the text in row and columns coordinates. OCR, document recognition and license plate number identification. Yandex Vision OCR supports JPEG, PNG and PDF formats. File sizes must not exceed 20 MB and contain no more than 300 sheets per file. The service can scan images to find passports from up to 20 countries, as well as driver's licences, vehicle registration documents and license plates.

Object Storage stores objects in multiple availability zones. Each replica is updated each time you edit, delete, or create an object. You can manage Object Storage using tools compatible with Amazon S3, such as the API, CLI WinSCP SDK, Java SDK or Python SDK. Yandex data centres are highly secure facilities. Data is stored encrypted and only those with physical access to the media can read it.

Yandex's data centers have excellent network connectivity, both internally and with the internet. You can select internal IP addresses by private ranges. You can also easily reassign IP addresses from one VM into another. Data exchange between your resources (VMs, storage and databases) is isolated from traffic of other Yandex Cloud users. Security groups allow you to isolate unwanted traffic, segment the network infrastructure and configure flexible rules for receiving and sending traffic. Static route tables can be used to route traffic to selected IP ranges and pre-configured virtual machine instances, such as IPSec or NAT.

DDoS Protection can be enabled with a single-click: simply tick the DDoS Protection checkbox when creating a VM and reserving IP addresses for public use. Continuous monitoring allows determining the traffic profile for each resource, and detecting DDoS attacks in almost real-time. To use the service you must tick DDoS Protection when creating your virtual machine or reserving IP addresses. Yandex DDoS Protection filters internet traffic to protected addresses, even when no DDoS attacks are underway, and clears the data at OSI Layers 3 or 4. DDoS protection can be applied to the public IP addresses for VMs and network balancers as well as database hosts.

The cloud infrastructure allows you to create as many desktops as you need. You can increase or decrease the number on demand. Yandex Cloud infrastructure complies with Russian Federal Law, as well as international standards and national ones: ISO, PCI DSS and GOST R57580. Remote desktops allow you to access powerful cloud-based configurations on regular PCs. You can create desktops on the cloud regardless of the size of your business. Yandex Cloud Desktop gives your employees access to cloud computing resources, including disk space and data protection.

Requests to service APIs will be processed with the minimum delay. The service is automatically scaled down to minimize response time during peak loads. When accessing the API, you can use Certificate Manager Domains. In this case, the domain's certificate is used to establish a TLS connection. Integrate Yandex Cloud Services with your applications by extending specifications with a single click in the Yandex Cloud management console. API Gateway Canary releases allow you to make changes to the OpenAPI specification of the API gateway slowly, by limiting the number of incoming queries. Limit the number API gateway queries per unit of time in order to protect against DDoS attacks, and to control cloud resource consumption.

Load Balancer relies on technologies that run at Layer 4 of OSI. This allows you to process network packets quickly. Load balancers monitor cloud resources and you can set rules for TCP/HTTP checks. Resources that fail to pass the check will not be used. You pay for both the number of load-balancers and the volume of incoming traffic. Outgoing traffic is charged at the same rate as other Yandex Cloud Services. Load balancers are designed to distribute load based upon the client's address and port, network protocol, and resource availability. The load balancer will adjust automatically if the instance group parameters, or members, change. Load balancers do not need to be reconfigured when traffic changes suddenly.

Application Load Balancing runs on OSI Layer 7 and uses HTTP request attributes to form or modify HTTP response. The load balancer logs all requests made to your apps, allowing you to analyze the events. Distribute cloud resources across multiple geographically dispersed availability zones and maintain the availability of your applications even if a zone becomes unavailable. Configure different load balancers if you are using the Yandex Cloud infrastructure for multiple applications. Create new backends to support new app versions. Then, in the HTTP router change the weight between the old and the new backends.

Create preconfigured VMs and load generators directly in the console. Set test parameters using a form or configuration file. Test results are automatically exported to storage. You can view detailed test reports at anytime. You can set up test parameters easily, either by using the form or the configuration file. Your cloud is loaded by an agent. You do not need to grant additional permissions, and you can control its actions. The service is cloud-based, so you won't need to spend time adapting any other tools.

Reduce the load time for media content in your services by using content caching on geographically dispersed CDN servers. CDN servers around the world cache content and deliver it on demand to users. Group servers that host the same content together to distribute your load more effectively and deliver content faster. Set up content caching on CDN servers and web browsers. Set the lifetime of file copies and preload large files even before they are requested. Yandex Cloud CDN allows you to analyze metrics such as the amount of traffic sent and received, the number of requests, and the errors that occurred over the last 30 days.

Cloud DNS is built on Yandex Cloud’s high-performance, reliable architecture. It optimizes DNS query route, providing stable access and rapid record propagation. Create internal and public DNS zones. Configure development and testing environments that are only accessible from the user's Virtual Networks (VPC) by using internal zones in a single project. Cloud DNS is available through the Yandex Cloud Console, API, Terraform, CLI and Terraform interfaces. Cloud DNS allows you to create domain names for your sites and apps without having to install additional software or maintain your own DNS servers. Domain zones store resource record that links the IP addresses of virtual machines to their domain names.

Yandex Cloud Backup lets you save application data, and ensure its integrity, by using the Cloud Backup agent on the guest OS. Restore individual files to the correct directory of the current VM version. Configure virtual machine backup policy for the entire cloud via the console. These policies should be applied when configuring virtual machines. All backup operations will be performed in the cloud. You only need to set up and apply policies for the virtual machines you require. The service, unlike a disk snapshot creates a duplicate of all virtual machine disks including network SSDs and HDDs as well as non-replicated and dedicated host local disks. You can restore the backup of a virtual machine to a new virtual computer when restoring the previous state is not possible.

Yandex Monitoring collects metrics automatically for your cloud resources without any additional effort from you. You can create separate charts based on different metrics or combine all metrics of your application into a single dashboard. You can configure notifications that are sent when metrics thresholds are met. Subscribe to other users and receive notifications via email or SMS. Visualize and track your cloud infrastructure and on-premise infrastructure with a single system. You can upload metrics to the service from Yandex Cloud applications or use local data. Metrics are a measure of a value's change over time. Yandex Cloud resource status, for example: the amount of disk space used, network data transfer rates, etc.

The service aggregates data collected during runtime from different resources to create a log group. Use log groups that are pre-configured or create new ones to suit specific services and applications. Filter entries using queries. Cloud Logging allows you to search by parameters or JSON parameters. Cloud Logging stores, processes and collects logs up to 31-days. Each log group is assigned a separate data storage space. Roles can be used to configure read-only and write-only access. Add data from Cloud Logging as well as diagnostic information from other integrated systems to Grafana in one dashboard.

Serverless computing is perfect for systems with unpredictable load. Storage scaling, query execution and backup layers are all fully automated. The compatibility of AWS SDKs in serverless mode allows for Java, JavaScript Node.js.NET PHP Python Ruby. YDB is hosted across three availability zones to ensure availability, even if a zone or node goes offline. The system will automatically recover and continue working if equipment or data centers fail. YDB can handle hundreds of thousands transactions per second and has low latency. The system was designed for hundreds of petabytes.

You can add more servers to your cluster or increase its capacity within minutes if the load increases. Redis stores data as key-value format. Values supported include strings, arrays dictionaries sets bitmasks and other types. Redis runs in RAM, making it ideal for tasks requiring a quick response time or involving a large number operations on a small amount of data. Backups of database content are encrypted with GPG. Data is protected in accordance with local regulatory requirements, GDPR and ISO industry standards. Set a timer for Yandex Managed Service to Redis so that it can automatically delete data. This will optimize your data storage cost.

Access to the latest MongoDB features, including official releases that are compatible with your platform. You can easily add more servers to your cluster if the load increases. We'll handle database maintenance for you: software backups and monitoring, fault tolerance and updates. Clusters with MongoDB versions 4.0 and higher can enable sharding. You can also configure and add individual shards in order to improve cluster performance. All DBMS connections use the TLS protocol and DB backups GPG encrypted.
