We are able to focus our efforts just on patient care and not have to manually do our billing and coding anymore. Our AI BOT is well trained to code over 90% of her visits with leaving less than 10% for human review.

Negative: Like any platform, the implementation requires significant time and effort, but the end result is absolutely worth it

Summary: The rapid implementation, ongoing support , as well as the final product provided by XpertCoding, have exceeded expectations.

Positive: XpertCoding is a great platform to increase the efficiency for coding teams. Their system is very robust & they perform regular updates & improvements. Customer service is second to none. They provide easy communication methods & direct contact with knowledgeable technical teams. They also provide an account dashboard for reporting & analytics.

Negative: As with any project implementation, capturing all of the outliers or non-standard issues can be time consuming & ongoing. I would imagine even more time & detail would need to be discussed if they don't already have an interface in place with your software. However, this is an unavoidable aspect of implementation.
