Summary: At first I thought it’s a pity they have only mt5 and mt4, not very friendly terminals, known for dated interface. Anyway xm acted telepathically, adding their own tv based web solution.

Positive: Basically the most suitable broker I managed to find. Lower costs than on average, many assets to trading, including even unique ones like thematic indices.

Negative: MT platforms for PC trading only. But it was fixed shortly by update and new web platform implementation.

Summary: No hiccups about trading conditions, I feel confident enough to keep trading further in these conditions

Positive: There’s a high leverage up to 1:200 available for trading Brent Oil. I couldn’t miss this chance to capture a big trend. I was prepared for bad news on weekends between 28 Feb and 1 March. I opened a position in advance and it worked, the price surged to $75 on Monday.

Negative: Ngl, spreads exploded at the market open as well, but my profit was much bigger

Summary: All in all, copy trading is working flawlessly. It mirrors trades automatically with a good precision and execution.

Positive: Great that they provide copy trading. The platform is separate and the number of profitable traders is big.

Negative: Idk, can’t figure out any big cons, everything is good tbh

Summary: In general, the broker is very nice, it’s been already 2 years since I joined the xm broker. No major complaints whatsoever.

Positive: I’ve traded here across different market conditions, especially during volatile hours. And this platform showed the real quality. Web-based version is nice one, they also half a year ago built-in the tradingview’s interface.

Negative: Probably, it would be great to add some AI tools like AI take profits or AI signals, it’s time to see cutting-edge technologies.

Summary: During my trading time here I cant complain much, Registration was quick, support is responsive: get emails, and even talk via phone

Positive: Good platform, stable connection that does not result in slippage and slowdowns.
TV charts with indicators help a lot

Negative: I cant say the spreads are that low, not always tight for me

Summary: Fairly good broker with accessible trading conditions, when it comes to everything, except for shares account.

Positive: Trading tools. Whether it’s platforms, assets or analytics, the broker seems to have it in substantial quantities.

Negative: I found it strange that they imposed 10k minimum investment for trading stocks. I guess they don’t offer fractional shares either, maybe that’s why. But for now, I would trade only cfd here.

Summary: Overall my experience with XM is decent, they sure know how to engage people because those promos are super nice.

Positive: Support is very helpful.
Costs are nice for ultra low acc (0 swaps).
Standard account is good for promos and stuff too.

Negative: it's a bit hard to figure out all the services they have in this new members area.

Summary: I’m trading quite carefully and mostly in calm periods because I can’t stand volatility. Not going to switch to a live account soon. xD

Positive: There were a lot of updates in 2025 and one of huge changes is the addition of tradingview’s interface. Finally, I stopped analyzing and switching between platforms.

Negative: They could make those spreads on a standard account lower, I understand it’s not VIP, but it would be good to see low spreads on minor pairs also.

Summary: Trading commodities on the zero account. Can say I'm satisfied with the mt5 and xm app for my trades.
Speedy orders and very simple to use indicators.

Positive: pretty good spreads for commodities trading
mt5 and the xm app are both efficient for trading commodities

Negative: they apply commissions on the zero account - understandable yet...

Summary: I once believed more trades meant more progress. But actually, it just means more mistakes. And I learned that less action teaches me better habits.

Positive: Mobile app is fine, nothing complicated, nothing strange, all works nicely. When I need to go somewhere, I’m always aware of my trades thanks to the mobile widget.

Negative: Being honest, nothing, I didn’t find any serious drawbacks because XM is doing a great job in providing top-notch services.

Summary: Regarding my experience, I’ve been here for over 2 years, and hope the other 2 years will be successful.

Positive: I like new updates that happened a few months ago, new interface, new features, collaboration with tradingview, really impressive...

Negative: I’d not say I don’t like something, they improved a lot of things...

Summary: Been trading fx on ultra low account, using mostly th xm app, it's very convenient especially with my constant moving lifestyle.Firstly, it was unfamiliar because used to work on desktop mostly but then with the support manager I got how and what. Really comfortable and great app.

Positive: I loved how fast and efficient using the broker's app can be even though i had concerns about mobile apps in trading overall before, turned out to be in vain - the app is really fast

Negative: i'd say it's not a con - just wish they'd have more account types

Summary: The broker is great in many terms : trading conditions, robust platform, low spreads, support team that helps

Positive: I like TV charts integration here. Charting is smoother thanks to TV's great indicators and tools. Great for pattern detection

Negative: To be honest no major minuses to report from my side

Summary: First, I was using an MT platform, then as soon as custom dropped I switched to it because of tradingview charts. Don’t regret that decision

Positive: I feel like AI was a clutch, because it helps with trading intraday. I ask some questions and it answers instantly

Negative: I would like to see more customization options. It would improve the flexibility.

Summary: Since the first day I started to use the custom platform and enjoying it so far. It didn’t glitch for me even once, so they made a good job testing it before pushing to everybody.

Positive: The trading platform is modern and advanced. I think the addition of tradingview charts made it special.

Negative: It’s still new, they need to add more features. AI is a cool one, but that’s pretty much it.
