XDS Description
XDS allows you to dispatch cars, take calls, track clients and print detailed reports. You can have complete control over your operation by granting permissions to system resources. Drivers can receive job details for work that they have been assigned via XDM software. This allows dispatcher to communicate fare details to drivers without the risk that another driver hears the details and attempts to'scoop the job'. XDM software allows you to configure the details that are included in the message to a driver. However, it must not exceed the maximum number of characters allowed for an SMS message. This is determined by each carrier.
