Summary: XCALLY is the Omnichannel solution that helps us stay connected with our customers easily with phone, SMS and more.
Positive: XCALLY helps us track all the customer information in one place! It replaced our existing phones since we are now working from home. The Xcally team was able to bring our other phone number. What's more is that we now have SMS and a smart call queue that manages a lot of customer questions without us having to pick up the phone.
Negative: Nothing really. The system was fast and easy to install, and the team was great to understand what we needed to do, and got it done quickly.

Summary: Leading a team working with xCally for over 2 years I have come to know the product very well and it does impress as an all round, feature rich and well designed product. My team were able to master the everyday use and support of xCally fairly quickly and the xCally development team are highly active at enhancing and releasing new features, keeping ahead of the technological curve.
Positive: xCally have a great single user interface, they cover all media types with the inclusion of their open channel to design your own custom channels, excellent IVR configurator with easy integration and extensive feature options. The core features include everything that a Contact Center would require and include most of the commonly used native integrations for CRM/ERP/Ticketing solutions. The custom integration abilities exceed most systems I have come across and are predominantly able to be configured via the GUI. Their included softphone / agent control bar is superior to any other I have experienced, being discrete and always visible. xCally is a perfect solution for SMB to enterprise Contact Center solutions and highly recommended.
Negative: There is little to dislike about xCally however the real-time and historic reporting abilities could be enhanced, and the scalability can be challenging. I have no doubt that future enhancements will address this.

Summary: XCALLY is an innovative omni channel contact center and unified communication solution. You could say it's the best digital transformation strategy for any organization that cares about enriching interactions with its contacts. XCALLY has everything from contact management, to predictive dialing to realtime monitoring and more.
Positive: It's omnichannel. No need for additional windows or apps. Voice, SMS, web chat, Email, FAX and social media in one place. It works in a web browser so there is nothing to download and nothing to install. It has out of the box integration to business critical apps and has a very well documented API. It has visual IVR designer with text to speech and speech recognition. It has artificial intelligence connectors so it's easy to build voicebots and chatbots or even run sentimental analysis reports on call recordings.
Negative: Since XCALLY is more like a toolbox somethings are not built in or ready to use and i had to build them but it was a breeze.
