Was tired of looking but finally landed on the WorkQuote App Date: Nov 12 2025
Summary: My experience has been great. WorkQuote seems like a good blend of what I liked from other apps but also brings a lot of great features I didn't know I needed. There is a way to create estimate request forms in the app and a link to use them. I put the link on my Google business page for my website, and now I get quote requests going straight to my app. I don't have to even copy over the customer details. It's the small business details and tools like this that give me everything I want in a field service app.
Positive: WorkQuote has a ton of features that you are just not going to find in a basic template invoice app. I styled my estimate to match the look I wanted, and I believe they stand out. My favorite feature is the ability to not just schedule jobs but also tasks like doing the estimates as well.
Negative: Ironically, an initial con was the incorporation of scheduling. Most apps I tried simply had estimates and invoices, there was nothing in the middle to manage the conversion. It took a minute to get used to but looking back, I was still using paper and other apps to keep track of scheduling when scheduling is actually a huge part of my work. It just makes sense to have it all in one app.
