Negative: There is nothing to dislike about this product it works in the background seamlessly generating revenue and increasing profits.

Summary: Overall, easy to use and excellent customer support, making it a valuable tool have very good voucher sales
The design is Ok for the monetary voucher but could do with the to and from section to be removed in case customer does not want to add it to a card

Positive: Customer service team very good and came up with a nice new modern style. Team took time to redesign and adjusted the style as it cut off the footers a bit

Negative: It cuts off the customer messages results in complaints but easily adjusted the voucher on behalf of the guest

Summary: Overall we have enjoyed our experience with voucher cart especially the responsiveness of the team and their speed to resolve any issues.

Positive: We appreciate how straight forward it is to create a voucher and place restrictions in place. The mews integration has been very helpful as well.

Negative: We would rather a flat fee versus a commission based fee.
