    Summary: Overall, this is an excellent tool in processing bulk of request from different departments including HR, I.T , OPS etc. This tool is simple and easy to use. It has all the features and functions that most users would need from an ITSM Tool such as reporting and exporting request. Lastly, the design and structure is very easy to navigate.

    Positive: Vivantio app is so useful especially on the support team end. This tool provides effective service management software to us as a support and to other departments including OPS, HR , I.T etc. internal and external employee. This is so helpful as this gives us time (SLA) to process the request from other department. This is very commendable to be used.

    Negative: Based on the update of this software, we'll be needing to be connected first on VPN. This will be no longer easy to access even if connected to internet.

    There are times where Vivantio is down and some errors impacts productivity of support.

    Summary: The application is very good. Aside from being a user friendly application, it is easy to navigate and easy to collect data.

    Positive: It makes our documentation and processes easy. Most especially if we are collating and extracting data for our presentations and reports.

    Negative: It would be perfect if it will have a notification features if the request or issue is already out of SLA.

    Summary: Overall, it's okay, but I hope to see more tickets that are from my team, when I click "My Team" I can still only see tickets for me, I just wanted to see that for me to easily navigate if there are tickets that they forgot to close and inform them for it to not affect out SLA, but overall it's okay.

    Summary: Overall, the app is very helpful in our day-to-day task, as request and concerns are efficiently being forwarded to Team. To be addressed promptly.

    Positive: The Vivantio app is easy to navigate as the app interface is user friendly. Ticket for concern and issues are received in a timely manner and being monitored and updated real time.

    Negative: I see that when closing the ticket, we have to manually type the email address of our colleagues for them to be notified when I close the ticket.

    Summary: Considering its overall features, vivantio helped me to process tickets efficiently and effectively through their status features and SLA.

    Positive: Ticket management (can put the request on-hold/monitoring), Reassignment to different user, Status updates (Rejected, approved, Closed)

    Negative: Wasn't able to modify time zone, after saving my preferred time zone, it will still reflect as it's original time zone.

    Summary: Overall Vivantio is a good tool. I am using this tool ever since I started working in my current company.

    Positive: The tool provides streamlined solutions to our company's ticketing system. The version I am currently using has an organized categorization for each department with corresponding reporting too.

    Summary: I am satisfied in overall experience about Vivantio, I don't know any other apps like this that will give great support to my work.

    Positive: Friendly user and easy to access even for beginners. Vivantio helps you provide data to track issues and concern on your site so you will find solutions tactical or on point based on the request.

    Negative: Sometimes the entry of information in the Vivantio is slow and there is a little delay which can be a bit problem when the concern or request is urgent.

    Summary: Friendly use and we can also update or easily giving the status of all concerned for requestor for pending items that need to be addressed.

    Positive: All concerns are reportedly documented and issues are not forgotten. Also we can update the issue on a real time basis.

    Summary: As mentioned above, Vivantio is a great tool that helps me work efficiently even if I am not a techy person. It's very easy to navigate and data are still intact even if the tickets are closed, I can still look it up by just typing the name of the creator or the ticket number itself.

    Positive: Vivantio is a tech-friendly tool that helps us cater requests from different department in our company. I love how data are being sort out and the access that we can easily export it for easier access for tickets.

    Negative: I think the room for improvement is the idle time. Sometimes, Vivantio automatically logged out on my pc.
