Summary: The experience so far has been good. It does what it needs to do and does it pretty well. I will be using this, and only this, for my marketing automation and list management.

Negative: The landing page builder could use some upgrading. If they can make it drag n' drop style like Thrive Themes, this will make it a whole lot easier to deploy lead capture pages.

Summary: I think this is my best purchase of 2022! This product will be an absolute game-changer for me in 2023.

Positive: Having everything in one place so I am not login in and out and learning different software is so nice. Their support is just incredible and so helpful. Any problems with my understanding have been very quickly resolved and I could not be happier with the product.

Negative: The only thing is my personal learning, this is not a VBOUT problem it is the fact that I am learning a new system, but with their incredible support I am answered within minutes and shown how to resolve mistakes I have made.

Negative: VBOUT has the potential to improve the user experience and expand the email-sending capacity. There is nothing to be dissatisfied with, apart from minor issues.

Negative: I think they should improve their UI and UX.  I think it could have been a little more user-friendly. I think it's a bit off because of the email limitations.

We can easily send messages regarding discounts, offers and other advertisements to our clients. We can create a landing page according to our needs. Their customer support is awesome. Negative: Journeys need to be easier to build conditions, tagging and include more triggers.

Contact concept is very light, there is a customer schema for every form which makes it difficult to evaluate over a normalized customer basic data schema.

More integrations will be great.

As I am an entrepreneur it helped me managing the mails with their automated reply feature. There are lot of templates which will save your most valuable time also.

Negative: There ain't many cons, but if they reduce the price it will be a greater help for small scale entrepreneurs. Considering the features they are offering it is justifiable also.
