Negative: Took me some time to understand how we use the gift vouchers on the apps, it would be great if they can mention steps for the same on the platform.

Summary: It was a great and seamless way to redeem points gifted by my employer to get coupons for shopping. Its a one stop shop for rewards as it contains multiple sites for redeeming points like Ola, Swiggy, Amazon, Myntra, etc...

Positive: Multiple websites/companies to redeem points.
Immediate coupon delivery to mail.
Website interface is good.

Negative: Expected more offline stores/brands to redeem points.
