Summary: Our organization is using this Vantage Circle to recognise the employees and give them the rewards. So In our organization, there are many awards. When we get this, It will be shown to all employees across nations as a feed like facebook. We will also get credited with the reward points. Since I'm from India. It would be 1RS=1 Point. So I can go ahead and redeem it with any of the vouchers I want and also I can convert it into salary in next payroll. Having fun using this. Thanks

Positive: The recognising gap between employee and employer has been solved. Here it is easy to track all the recognistion and benefits from it. Also easy to store the points and redeem them later. Instead of following up with HR and Manager, Vantage circle is easing up the task of recognition and rewarding.

Negative: I did not notice any downside about vantage circle while using it. May be one feedback I would give is, Whenever our team mate is recognised using this platform. A notification can be sent to all teammates.
