Positive: Vantage Circle is an excellent avenue for recognizing your employees. Vantage circle is an excellent user-friendly website, and it provides you a lot of options for the gift cards from different vendors. My personal favorite is Amazon gift cards.

Gift cards are very easily redeemable in few click and code is sent to your email in few seconds.

Negative: I am not sure if Vantage Circle have a mobile app. If not, they should build one. it will be very convenient.

Summary: My experience with Vantage Circle has been so good. I've never faced an issue regarding the validity of the gift cards nor issue regarding the functioning of the website. There are a variety of stores to choose from.

I redeemed those vantage points in Flipkart gift cards. It was really easy to redeem and shop from my favorite e-commerce site. Service is very quick. Excellent experience!

Negative: I didn't find anything wrong with this software. Everything is fine for me. :)

Summary: Overall the employee benefit is solid and the process was smooth, Vendors or place to use are abundant but the items or product I had wasn't available under any discount or coupon.

Positive: It was easy and simple to use. It offers wide variety which give me ample options. The usage is also easy to understand and use.

Negative: The direct vantage points or coupons I felt were limited as the product i wanted didn't fall under any category and there was no off or any coupon for it.

Could not redeem huge vouchers like travel deals but mostly I was able to use the money to buy basic necessities.

Positive: I guess the variety of brands available here is better and wider thank any points collection I have tried.

One can simply add the money into their brand wallets and also enjoy applying and clubbing promo codes separately.

Negative: The only improvement which can be made is to include payment wallets like Paytm and phone pay.

But whatever's offered is more than sufficient and satisfactory.
