Positive: I loved the idea of having multiple tie-ups with different companies which gives users the freedom to spend their rewards points in whichever way they wish too, by dining at their favorite restaurant, shopping from their favorite app/outlet, etc. I was having so many good options to redeem my points for that I was confused where should I spend it and later on redeem them as Amazon gift voucher.

This also motivates the employee to keep working hard and also fosters healthy competition within the organization.

Negative: I did not observe any cons of this feature personally.

Vantage Circle gives flexibility to an employee or user, to buy vouchers from multiple vendors for different denominations. The vouchers can be bought instantly and gets delivered to the inbox within a minute or two. I haven't faced any issue in the past and haven't used customer service so far. Have had a wonderful experience.

Negative: Only round off amount can be withdraw. It will be better if can withdraw any amount.
