Summary: Overall i have a very good experience, also it has a good tie up to various ecommerce website. But I only know about this due to my organization.

Positive: Multiple options are available to redeem the vantage points. Also it is easy to use. Its a user friendly.

Negative: Some more denomination has to be kept as option. Like i have 4600 vantage points but for redemption i didn't get more options.

Positive: Very fast and reliable service. I have always received the points on this portal. One time I had issue getting gift card, but support was very fast. The portal also has lot of choices and I hope there will be more to come. The entire experience is user friendly, and I never had any issue with this portal.

Negative: Although the portal works well with third party websites and stores it would be nice to have more choice in the shops that are available. Another option is to make vantage points available in more retail stores and malls.

Negative: The UI could be a little better, currently looks a bit dated. There is a scope of improvement in the gift catalogue as well - can include local restaurants as per city too.
