Upheal Description
Meet your new AI Assistant with analytics, video calls and automated notes. Imagine that your progress and therapy notes are done for you, every session. Edit as much or little as you want. Stay in the room while we transcribing the entire session and running helpful analyses. All the information is at your fingertips. We'll organize and highlight the key insights and people in each client's life. Our smart platform records your session in the backround so you won't miss any important details of the conversation while you focus on contrasting body languages. We will create progress notes based on DAP for you! You can easily edit the content and add your own notes, whether during or after the call. It only takes a few clicks. Share your notes with a friend for a peer-review or just to remind yourself about each client's session and insights before the next session.

Revolutionized my Documentation Date: Apr 15 2024
Summary: I really can't say enough good things. It has made life so much easier, and revolutionized my clinical documentation and workflow.
Positive: 1. Saves a tremendous amount of time--Enough to see more clients
2. Is very thorough and catches insights I may miss
3. Creates treatment plans from up to 3 sessions
4. Can go in and tweak anything I don't like
5. Creates very professional notes with clinical analysis of my interventions
6. Helps me meet insurance requirementsNegative: 1. Can't upload and get summaries of client's completed intake documents to integrate with "intake" note feature. That would be absolutely amazing!

2. Must update your consent forms and gather consent from clients to use AI software, if that's not already included.
3. Capturing sessions through zoom uses the recording feature, which announces "recording in progress." That tends to put clients on edge, so I record with a secondary device to avoid that.
