Needless to say, he fixed the issue and was a pleasure to work with. If he is representative of the rest of the ultahost team, then I highly recommend!

Positive: It's great to have their manuals and how-to-guides, but sometimes the time isn't there to read through them. Then it's nice to have support that explains short and simple what to do, and if needed they go in and help themselves.

Negative: I feel like I'm spending money on expensive things that I'll never use completely because I manage a tiny business website. Although it's a fantastic service, it could seem excessive for tiny websites.

Summary: Ultahost helped us solve the speed of our website. It never worked so fast as it does now and if we ever need to upgrade anything, it’s done with the click of a button!

Positive: We experienced slow load times at our previous host. With ultahost that is all gone. It very easy scalable and it offers great support!

Negative: I really wouldn’t know. Maybe it’s not the cheapest host, but it’s more than worth the costs!

Negative: Some out of date documentation lurks around inside the extensive knowledgebase.
